机器采用PLC可编程控制器与触摸屏控制,自动上料、自动电子计量、自动控制桶体的温度和气压,桶内干燥等,具有发料一次完成,保证机器自动循环生产。

The machine uses PLC programmable controller and touch screen control, automatic feeding, automatic electronic metering, automatic control of the temperature and air pressure of the chamber.


桶体内的温度和蒸汽压力,采用先进的日本高精度的先导减压阀控制,保证减压阀出口的压力始终恒定,保证预发机料桶内的温度控制在±1%℃之内。

The temperature and steam pressure in the chamber are controlled by advanced Japanese high-precision pilot pressure reducing valve to ensure that the pressure at the outlet of the pressure reducing valve is always constant, and to ensure that the temperature in the chamber of the pre-expeller is controlled within ±1% ℃.


采用自动负压上料装置,电子称重装置,结合料位开关实现了自动加料,提高了生产效率,减轻了劳动强度。
